RECIPE  Rice Water This works like magic guys. It heals sunburn and it clears acne and pimple if used consistently.So here is how you prepare it Procedure 1. Take 1cup of rice or more 2. Rinse it once to get the dirt off 3. Wash the rice very well in 3 cups of water the second time. Don't pour the water away this time (It's optional to leave your rice in the water) 4. Get a neat container and pour the the starchy water  5. RECIPE Today I'm going to be teaching you how to make your own stretch mark oil Ingredients 4 Aloe Vera Shea butter Coconut Oil 1 Orange We'll also be needing a pot Procedure Grate your orange to derive the peel Open up your Aloe Vera and bring out the gel,the gel is what we're going to use Blend the Aloe Vera gel into liquid form, don't add water please. Add half a cup of the Aloe Vera juice into a pot Add half cup of Shea butter Add half a cup of coconut oil too Add 1 table spoon of the orange peel Then boil this for 15minutes on low heat Once you're done ,let the oil cool and seive the orange peel out Your stretch mark oil is ready Pour it into your glass container to store for a longer period Use this twice a day Massage it where you have the stretch mark for at least 2mins Please be consistent
